Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any booking. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following terms:

1. Your Responsibilities

  • Visas and Passports:

    • Obtaining all necessary visas is your responsibility. Flight Fare Experts Pty Ltd. is not liable for any visa-related issues.

    • Ensure your passport is valid for travel. Most countries require at least 6 months of validity from your return date.

    • We may request a copy of your passport for name format verification only.

  • Check-In:

    • Passengers must check in at least 3 hours before departure.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Authority:

    • The person making the booking acts on behalf of all travelers and binds them to these terms.

  • Prices:

    • All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice.

    • Kindly note that a payment confirmation screenshot is required in order to proceed with the booking confirmation.
    • We will not issue the ticket before payments is realized.

    • After payment, contact us immediately to confirm the transaction. Proof of payment may be required.

  • Service Fees:

    • Service fees apply per ticket and vary based on domestic or international travel.

    • Additional charges (e.g., currency conversion, airline penalties) may apply.

3. Changes and Cancellations

  • Domestic Travel (Within Australia):

    • Changes: $60 per passenger per ticket.

    • Cancellations: $60 per passenger. Non-refundable bookings will not receive a refund.

  • International Travel (Outside Australia):

    • Changes: $150 per passenger per ticket.

    • Cancellations: $150 per passenger. Non-refundable bookings will not receive a refund.

  • Cancellation Deadlines:

    • Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before departure.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are subject to airline policies and may incur service fees. Credit card surcharges are non-refundable.

4. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen changes, cancellations, or emergencies.

  • You MUST obtain comprehensive travel insurance for all your travel arrangements.

  • For claims, contact your insurance provider directly.

5. Health and Travel Advice

  • Check health requirements (e.g., vaccinations) for your destination.

  • Consult your doctor or visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) for travel advisories.

6. Airline and Supplier Policies

  • Airfares are subject to change until ticketing is complete.

  • Flight Fare Experts Pty Ltd. is not liable for airline cancellations, bankruptcy, or in-flight services.

  • Supplier fees may apply for changes or cancellations.

7. Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards:

    • Surcharges apply: 2.5% for Visa/Mastercard, 4.5% for American Express.

    • Chargebacks are not permitted. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in debt recovery actions.

  • Currency:

    • Prices may be quoted in AUD or local currency. Currency conversion fees may apply.

8. Liability

  • Flight Fare Experts Pty Ltd. acts as an agent for travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).

  • For loss of baggage contact the airline directly.

  • we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by third parties, including airlines, airport authorities, or any other entities, as such events are beyond our control.

9. Special Requirements

  • Please note that our agency is not responsible for special service requests such as meals, wheelchair assistance, or meet and assist services. While we are happy to forward such requests to the respective airline on your behalf, the confirmation and fulfillment of these services are solely at the discretion of the airline.

10. Frequent Flyer Programs

  • Provide your frequent flyer details during booking. Credit of points is at the discretion of the airline or loyalty program.

11. Travel Documents

  • Review all travel documents (e.g., tickets, vouchers) for accuracy. Report errors immediately.

  • Travel documents are non-transferable and must match the passport holder’s name.

12. Schedule Changes

  • Confirm your flight schedule 72 hours before departure.

  • Airlines may provide alternate options for schedule changes.

13. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We may disclose your information to overseas service providers for booking facilitation.
