Refund Policy

Please review our refund policy carefully before making a booking. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise companies) from whom the services are purchased.
1. General Refund Guidelines
Third-Party Rules:
- Refunds are governed by the policies of the service provider (e.g., airlines, hotels).
- Most special airfares and deals are non-refundable.
- Airline cancellation fees may equal 100% of the amount paid.
Service Fees:
- Flight Fare Experts Pty Ltd. service fees and supplier charges apply in addition to airline cancellation fees.
2. Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take up to 10 to 12 weeks from the date your request is processed. In exceptional cases, airlines or suppliers may take longer. Flight Fare Experts Pty Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
3. Currency Conversion
For international suppliers, currency conversion rates apply to all charges and fees.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
If a service provider (e.g., airline, hotel) does not issue a refund due to circumstances such as bankruptcy, insolvency, or liquidation, Flight Fare Experts Pty Ltd. cannot provide a refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted via email to contactus@flightfareexperts.com.au. Please include your booking details and the reason for your cancellation.
6. Refund Payment
Refunds are processed only into Australian bank accounts. Please ensure correct bank account details are provided at the time of cancellation to avoid delays.
Refunds will be processed into the account of the authorized person under the booking. Approval will be sought from the email ID registered during the reservation.
7. Deposits
Deposits paid to hold reservations are non-refundable. Deposits can be adjusted toward bookings within 15 days of the initial payment, for the same passengers only.
