Third-Party Rules:
Refunds are governed by the policies of the service provider (e.g., airlines, hotels).
Most special airfares and deals are non-refundable.
Airline cancellation fees may equal 100% of the amount paid.
Service Fees:
Flight Fare Experts Pty Ltd. service fees and supplier charges apply in addition to airline cancellation fees.
Refunds may take up to 10 to 12 weeks from the date your request is processed.
In exceptional cases, airlines or suppliers may take longer. Flight Fare Experts Pty Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
For international suppliers, currency conversion rates apply to all charges and fees.
If a service provider (e.g., airline, hotel) does not issue a refund due to circumstances such as bankruptcy, insolvency, or liquidation, Flight Fare Experts Pty Ltd. cannot provide a refund.

Refunds are processed only into Australian bank accounts.
Ensure correct bank account details are provided at the time of cancellation to avoid delays.
Refunds will be processed into the account of the authorized person under the booking. Approval will be sought from the email ID registered during the reservation.
Deposits paid to hold reservations are non-refundable.
Deposits can be adjusted toward bookings within 15 days of the initial payment, for the same passengers only.
